De naam zegt het al: deze buizen zijn gelast in een spiraalvorm. Dit wordt veroorzaakt door de manier van produceren van deze buizen. Spiraalnaadbuizen worden meestal ingezet bij diameters van meer dan Ø 600mm, in verschillende wanddiktes.
