3 LAYER PE / PP EXTRUDER COATING MACHINE FULLY OPERATIONAL!

After earlier announcements and updates, we are now exceptionally proud to announce that our PE/PP Coating machine is operational.

A new milestone for CCI Leidingsystemen !

After the construction of this machine we have extensively tested and calibrated the individual parts. Subsequently the blast machine, conveyors, inductions unit and extruder unit were fully coordinated.

Meanwhile the first tubes have been coated successfully. In the range of DN 150 to DN 1600 we are now able to manage and handle your projects with flexibility.
Besides Polyethylene and Polypropylene, we can also apply Fusion Bonded Epoxy ( FBE )

CCI Leidingsystemen has consciously chosen to heat the tubes prior to coating by means of induction technology.

With this technology the heating of the materials is better manageable in comparison to gas fired installation.

At the same time CCI Leidingsystemen contributes to sustainability and climate targets.
