Save time with prefabricated pipes fitted with cement lining

Special order: more than 33 kilometres of steel tubes and fittings with specific characteristics.

For a client outside Europe we prefabricated nearly 33 kilometres of steel pipelines and fittings. Dimensions ranged from 3″ (DN80, 88.9 mm) to 20″ (DN500, 508 mm). Based on standard fittings (45° elbow, 90° elbow, reducer / tee), extensions were made to drawing, with a sleeve as the joint. In this way the ends are prepared for a rapid site connection.

By applying cement lining in our workshop as well, valuable time is saved on site and quality remains under control.
